Un dels plats estrella de la temporada d’hivern a Can Cortada ha estat publicat a manera recepta per als lectors del Zazpika, el setmanal que el Diari Gara publica els diumenges.

Es va realitzar, aprofitant que el monogràfic feia un esment especial a Barcelona.

El plat va ser Arròs a la cassola de pollastre, botifarra, ceps i espàrrecs verds, boníssim!
