The Xalet de Montjuïc restaurant has the prestigious chef Jordi Anglí as head chef.

Jordi Anglí, 37 years old and born in the city of Barcelona, began his training at the prestigious Hoffmann School of Hotel Management in Barcelona – being the first student in the history of the school recommended as ‘stagier’ for a 3 Michelin star restaurant, the Côte Saint Jacques de Joigny, as well as attending master classes by chefs such as Carme Ruscalleda, Carles Gaig, Nandu Junbany, Alain Passard or Joel Robuchon, among others.

In 1998, he became sous chef at Georges Blanc (3* Michelin) in Vonnas dans la Bresse, and later became head chef at the Michelin-starred restaurants Hoffmann and El Cinc Sentits.

He also worked as head chef at the Michelin-starred restaurants Hoffmann and El Cinc Sentits, both of which have one Michelin star.

Creative and multifaceted, his passion for cooking has led him to collaborate, throughout his professional career as a chef, with different gastronomic programmes on radio and television, in magazines, as well as giving classes and promoting cuisine at festivals, shows and gastronomic events.

The chef has a personal blog where he explains cooking from the inside. We encourage you to enter: www.jordiangli.com !
